Brad graduated from University of Alberta with BSc in biochemistry in 1987 and entered the Technical Management Trainee program with Labatt Breweries of Canada.

Brad progressed through the areas of quality, brewing and packaging in various Labatt breweries across Canada. In 2001, Brad moved to United States as Plant Manager of the Rolling Rock Brewery in PA. While in PA he completed an Executive MBA through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Brad returned to Canada in 2004 as Plant Manager of the flagship brewery in London and in 2008 accepted the role of Technical Director for the parent company for Labatt, InBev - North America.
